- Engagement: We specialise in helping clients work with their most important audiences to navigate moments of challenge and change. Deliberative citizen dialogue and engagement; customer co-creation and innovation; Stakeholder, opinion-former and colleague engagement.

**About the Team Assistant role**

Team Assistants will work within our Project Operations team to support with the **administrative and logístical tasks which ensure the smooth running of research projects**, including providing some support on operational tasks across the business. We are looking for people who have some level of experience within in an office environment or working within an admin role.

Our normal working hours are 9am - 6pm but we envisage some evening work, and, on those days, their working hours would vary accordingly for example to 12pm - 8pm.

Team Assistants report to Project Coordinators

**Tasks would include**:

- Assisting the Project Operations team on market research participant recruitment.
- Liaising with our network of recruiters to recruit participants for research projects.
- Onboarding participants (usually members of the public or stakeholders) to take part in market research focus groups.
- Managing the logistics around the recruitment of participants e.g. arranging incentive payments.
- Assisting participants with attending focus groups (e.g. helping with any technical issues).
- Carrying out screening calls with participants ahead of focus groups.
- Maintaining the recruitment database and updating it as necessary.
- Note taking in focus groups as required.
- Working with research teams on recruitment and feeding back any issues.
- Sourcing new recruiters and suppliers where possible.
- Building an understanding of data protection and GDPR guidelines and the MRS code of conduct.

**What you'll need**:

- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in an administrative role or office experience is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail.
- An effective and committed team player.
- Ability to use initiative.
- Ability to effectively handle and prioritise demands and work to deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of level 3, or equivalent, in Maths and English.
- Proof of right to work in the UK.
