Production Operative

Arcflex are a leading design and manufacturing company based in Staffordshire in the West Midlands, and are the UK branch of Rattay Group, a cluster of associated companies located throughout Europe.

We are currently looking for an experienced **Production Operative **to join our team, and assist with the continued growth of the business. Shifts are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday and Friday 7.30am to 2pm, 5 days a week, however we are looking for a degree of flexibility as different shifts may be introduced in the near future to meet customer demand.

**We are looking for someone with the following experience**:

- Assembly production and warehouse experience.
- Use of hand tools and measuring equipment.
- Have a good understanding of imperial and metric measurements.
- Material Handlers.
- Quality control experience.
- Experience of parts picking
- Preparing and assembling steel components.
- Able to read and interpret simple engineering drawings (not essential).
- Be responsible for the tidiness and control of your own working area.
- Using hand held scanners to record work completed.

- Good practical and technical skills.
- Good communication skills.
- The ability to work quickly and under pressure.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Able to work on your own or as part of a team.
- Organised & motivated.
- Reliable and enthusiastic approach to tasks and objectives.

**Job Type**
- Full-time, Permanent.
- 40 hours per week.
