In the early stages of our company, we're looking for a Lettings All-Rounder - someone who can roll their sleeves up with the Directors and turn Roostly into a household name.

**Job Details**:

- Competitive Salary**: Earn a base salary of £24,000 per annum, plus commission of £50 for every successful instruction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Field Appointments**:Experience the thrill of visiting different properties You'll be the guiding light, showcasing the true potential of each property. You'll also be carrying out valuations and inspections.
**- Lead Generation**:Channel your charm and charisma as you forge valuable connections with landlords who are eager to partner with us. With your magnetic personality and persuasive skills, you'll be the catalyst for unparalleled growth and success.
**- Admin Maestro**:As the maestro of your own deals, you'll orchestrate the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps everything running smoothly. You'll handle it all with finesse, leaving no room for mistakes.
**- Full-Service Approach**:You will be the sole point of contact for your landlords and tenants, providing them with an exceptional start-to-finish service. Experience in carrying out check-ins, check-outs, and inventories would be great.
**- Portfolio Management**:In the initial stages of the business, you will have the opportunity to grow and maintain your own portfolio. Embrace the challenge of managing diverse properties while delivering outstanding results.
