Reporting to the Manger Business Services, the Representative Business Services/HR Advisor will work in a small Business Services team, responsible for the day to day HR and Payroll activities within the designated Cluster. The role is based at our friendly site in Talke, which is convenient to Stoke on Trent or Congleton.

**Responsibilities**

HR
- Overseeing the Recruitment process in the designated Cluster
- Ensuring timely and accurate Onboarding & Offboarding of employees
- Manage Contingent Worker movement within the designated Cluster
- Ensure Time & Attendance / Leave & Absence processes are followed as per company policy
- Coordinating Employee Relations cases with Line Mangers, to include attending hearing and minute taking.

Payroll
- Gathering and collating all relevant payroll information from all Clusters within the business
- End to end payroll knowledge
- Being up to date with UK legislation
- Ability to run monthly payroll for over 350 employees
- Workday and ADP knowledge desirable

**About You**
- Knowledge of Payroll processes
- Knowledge of Workday
- Knowledge of ADP IHCM2/Celergo
- CIPP/CIPD qualification an advantage, but not essential
- Experience of SAP an advantage, but not essential
- The Salary Range is for the full FTE and it will be Pro-Rate based on your working hours.
