**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Managing the recruitment process, providing advice, and guidance regarding specific positions and supporting them throughout their role.
- Utilising social media to advertise positions, network and attract new registrations.
- Utilising several online portals for managing bookings.
- Using effective sales and negotiation skills to maximise sales potential.
- Achieve personal sales targets and delivering on KPI’s.

**ABOUT YOU**:
- Previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential.
- Customer services skills are essential with a minimum of 12 months experience in a customer facing role.
- Experience in working as part of a team and be self-driven.
- Excellent telephone skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience of building relationships.
- Previous experience of achieving sales targets.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivator with the ambition and determination to succeed
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
