**Payroll Administrator**

**Permanent - Hybrid (37.5 hour week) - 2 x days WFH- 3 days working in the office Sidcup**

This busy Payroll position will see you processing high volumes of payroll whilst also providing a help desk to all payroll queries.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager: Duties will include:
Payroll administration, preparation and processing of the monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with the company’s policies and procedures as well as providing support to the Payroll Manager/Deputy Payroll Manager.

The position requires a professional, well-informed and consistent approach to both internal and external contacts and undertakings, and thereby upholding the professional image and exceptional standards of the Payroll Function and wider company.

4. NATURE & SCOPE This role is based at our Office in Sidcup, Kent. The Payroll Administrator must have good numeracy and literacy skills, strong customer relationship skills, excellent organisational skills and a willingness to provide a consistent andprofessional service at all times whilst working as part of a team. The ability to prioritise your workload, meet deadlines and be proactive in your daily approach is essential, as well as flexibility and a strong sense of professionalism. You must be ableto deal with all matters and queries in an appropriate manner with tact, diplomacy and confidentially. 5. KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENT
