This agency are looking for a Senior Consultant to join their growing team in central London.
- Average fees of +£10,000
- Ongoing support and mentorship from some of the best tech recruiters and L&D coaches in the industry
- Their top billers are earning £100k+ a year (base salary + commission + bonuses)

To be considered for this role you must have at least 12 months' experience in a 360 Recruitment position.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Build business relationships with clients who hire in your space and become a recognised supplier of highly-specialist technical talent
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them to contract or permanent placements (360° recruitment)
- Organise and host events and meet-ups to build your reputation in your niche (we will support you with this).
- Be an expert in your vertical; stay on top of technology trends, typical rates/salaries and interesting market information. They are business consultants and provide valuable support to their clients.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
