Transport Administrator

Shifts:

- Monday to Friday
- 05:00-06:00
- 45 hour week

Job role will include:

- Providing clear information and instructions to drivers
- Problem solving and reporting of any issues
- Providing in-depth driver de-briefs with drivers
- Good time management skills and meeting KPI targets
- Maintaining highly professional standards expected by this client
- Using various computer systems to efficiently to meet company requirements
- Ensuring compliance to legal standards for vehicles and driving hours

Pay rates
- £11 per hour

What we are looking for:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of transport legal compliance
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Have good customer service skills and an eye for detail

Must have skills
- Knowledge of transport legal compliance
- Transport experience, ideally with EU diving hours and WTD
- Administrative experience
