Parity Group are delighted to partner with our client, a public sector organisation, who are looking to recruit a Records Custodian on a 23 month contract basis. You will be based in offices in Edinburgh.
Primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the management of the life cycle of hard copy folders which contain highly confidential and sensitive personal data, stakeholder management across a number of business areas, working with the Data Protection Team on internal audits, and engaging with external suppliers.
You will receive a daily rate of**:
- 140** and the contract will see you **Outside IR35**.
I would love to hear from applicants who have experience in a fast paced environment and skills including:
- Recording hard file data within policy requirements
- Working closely with Legal Teams (Investigation Lawyers and Paralegals)
- Process incoming correspondence and evidence received by the inquiry to meet deadlines for legal analysis to be conducted
- Upload scanned documents onto the internal eRDM (electronic records and documents management) system following essential naming conventions
- Convey clear and concise written and verbal communication when discussing requirements to internal teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to work with many different people across a number of business areas
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- GDPR/Data Protection Experience is highly desirable
