Located in Sandhurst, Berkshire, Confidental are looking for an**enthusiastic and** **self-motivated individual **to join our highly-reviewed cosmetic dental clinic as a **Treatment Coordinator or Treatment Coordinator Manager.**

The role of a Treatment Coordinator is incredibly important to the patient experience that we provide at our cosmetic dental practice.

You will be the first point of contact for patients that are looking to learn more about the life-changing dental treatments and services we provide.

You will spend your time managing cosmetic dental enquiries, and provide 1-2-1 consultations for those patients interested in learning more.

You will become the bridge between our patients and our clinical team, ensuring that the patient is provided with exceptional care throughout their time with us.

You will also work alongside our Marketing Manager, and will be involved in helping us create exciting content for our social media channels

You’ll have your own workspace, mobile and laptop, but most importantly, you’ll be provided with the freedom to be creative within your role to help us grow our company.

The role is ideal for someone who understands and appreciates the importance of customer experience, is passionate about general and cosmetic dental treatments and is looking to help drive the practice forward and become an ambassador for the services provided by the clinic.

- You possess a minimum of 3 years of patient coordinator, retail, sales or account management experience.
