**Overview**
- We are looking to recruit aTransport Planner into our Phillips 66 contract, to be based in Immingham. Our Transport Planners are required to own and manage the daily planning, Flat deliveries and Backhaul collections including managing communication of the plan to all stakeholders ensuring that this is accurately reflected in the system whilst monitoring performance and efficiency as appropriate. This is a Monday to Friday working week.**How will you contribute?**

To be part of, a flexible team working within Transport Planning.

To support where required Order entry of all fuel types are documented and input in line with agreed procedures for both SAP and Ortec.

Provide an efficient and accurate transport plan via Ortec, which minimises downtime and maximises driver utilisation.

To ensure that all delivery documentation is accurate when checking is performed in line with the agreed working procedures and all discrepancies are properly advised and authorised.

To communicate where necessary any order queries etc to Wincanton, P66 or supplier representatives.

To assist Office Manager, Customer Services department and general administration duties or reasonable requests when requested.

To be able to, proactively manage all calls in line with the P66 requirements of the Customer Services SLA’s and Performance Measures.

**What will you bring?**

Knowledge of warehouse processes an advantage.

Excellent PC skills in Microsoft Excel.

Excellent interpersonal skills, Self-starter, energetic, hands-on approach

Analytical skills.

Good geographical knowledge.

Good verbal communication skills, Ability to identify and report issues

Able to work under pressure in a time critical environment.

Ability to communicate at all levels with both internal and external customers.

Reliable, enthusiastic and flexible in approach.

Effective planning and prioritisation skills
