**_About you:_**

We are seeking a new member of our team for the role of chaperone/befriender, we are looking for this person due to growth of the business. Challenges of the role are lone working, structuring your client base, to support you with these challenges, you can access support through your line manager
- Julie Beacom, regular meetups with the team.

**_About the Job:_**

Core responsibilities:

- Access to a vehicle, full driving licence
- including insurance that covers business purposes (or willing to have this included on insurance on appointment
- evidence to be provided)
- Have good written and spoken English skills
- Have access to telephone and computer.

Day to day Responsibilities:

- Each client is provided a personalised service; however, their package may include the following:

- Spending 1:1 time with the client, this may involve in the client’s own home, whilst maintaining professionalism throughout
- Taking the client out shopping, for coffee, functions etc.
- Assisting the client with or providing daily household tasks, i.e., cooking, laundry, light household cleaning etc.
- Providing a sitting service for the client, this may be through the day, evening, or night.
- Advise the client of upcoming events in the local area,
- Liaise with family members as and if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-30 per week

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
