We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Tracer to join our team.

As a Customer Tracer at Perch Group you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of our customer information. Your primary responsibility will be to locate and update the contact details and addresses of our customers on various platforms. You will be a key player in enhancing our customer service, ensuring that we can reach our customers when necessary.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilise various tools and platforms to locate and verify customer contact information.
- Conduct thorough online research, including social media, public records, and other online databases, to obtain updated addresses and contact details.
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection regulations throughout the tracing process.
- Communicate with other departments and team members to update customer records accurately.
- Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to ensure all tracing activities are conducted in adherence to the law and company policies.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to update and maintain accurate customer profiles.
- Document and report all tracing activities for record-keeping purposes.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to their contact details with professionalism and empathy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations related to customer tracing.
- Making phone inquiries to establish customer contact details

**Qualifications**:

- Good IT Skills
- Previous experience in customer tracing or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using online research tools and databases.
- Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Professionalism and ability to handle sensitive customer information with discretion.
