We are looking for a cleaner to work after office hours or over the weekend, to clean designated areas within our Truro Office, maintaining a safe, clean and hygienic environment.

**Hours of Work**: 3 hours per week, either after 4.30pm during the work week (Monday to Friday) or on the weekend. We are happy to discuss a work schedule that would suit you; to fit around an existing job, part-time course and other personal commitments.

**Salary**: £12.05 per hour

**Work Base**: Boscawen House, Chapel Hill, Truro, TR1 3BN

You will be responsible for cleaning all areas as assigned in the main building and training room. Please note that this does not include the stairwell or toilets within the stairwell. Areas include:

- Ground Floor Training room, Kitchen and Toilet
- Ground Floor Staff area, Office Rooms, Kitchen and Toilet
- Middle Floor Offices
- Top Floor Offices

Cleaning Tasks include:

- Vacuuming of rooms and corridors, and emptying large bins if needed
- Cleaning, disinfecting and dusting window sills, door handles, locks, door pads
- Sweeping and mopping hard floor surfaces
- All cleaning supplies and any PPE required will be provided._

To be considered for this role, you must be able to complete all cleaning tasks to a satisfactory standard and be able to work independently, adhering to the Lone Working policy and procedure.
