Lettings Co-ordinator Apprentice

James & James are looking for a Lettings Co-Ordinator Apprentice, where customer satisfaction is at the very core of everything we do.

This position will combine in-house training as well as an Apprenticeship, working towards a qualification.

You will need the ability to work in a high pressure environment, where attention to detail is key. We are looking for someone with good communication and organisation skills.

**What does the role involve?**
- Various administration tasks
- Completing Compliance tasks
- Arranging repairs/works orders
- Carrying out Inspections
- Liaising with Tenants, Landlords & Contractors
- Let Progression
- Tenancy Renewals
- Referencing
- Booking & attending viewings
- This role is varied and we can teach and develop you in each aspect of the Lettings journey.

**Hours**
- 5 days a week. Every Saturday (day off in the week)
- Weekdays 8.30am - 6pm and Saturday 9am-4pm
- 'On the Job learning' time factored into working week.

**Driving**
- Driving Licence and use of own car essential.

**Hourly Wage**
- Varies depending on experience.

**Salary**: £5.28-£8.50 per hour
