**The Position**

As a Group Quality Co-ordinator your duties and responsibilities will vary based on the Company’s requirements but will include:

- Develop Quality and Quality Systems throughout the Group.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation relating to product safety and legality.
- Management of the Laboratory Quality System and its compliance with ISO 17025.
- Develop and implement relevant GMP and Hygiene Standards throughout the Group.
- Ensure Quality Audits, including Raw Materials audits are carried out.
- Achieve and maintain customer approval and any relevant accreditation standards to include BRC, FSSC, FEMAS, PAS110, ISO9000, ISCC, SMETA.
- Ensure the correct training with regard to Quality is carried out throughout the Group.
- Originate, standardise and maintain the Group Raw Material, Process Control and Finished Product Specifications in conjunction with the Divisional Teams and Customers.
- Ensure non compliances and customer complaints are correctly investigated and followed up.
- Liaise with the Raw Material Quality Team with regard to foreign bodies and incoming quality.
- Identify and carry out training as required.
- Complete other ad hoc tasks / reasonable requests as and when requested by management.

**Requirements**:

- 5 GCSE’s Grades A*-C including English or equivalent.
- Level 3 HACCP qualification is essential.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of HACCP systems, auditing processes, legal requirements, traceability systems, audit trails.
- Previous experience within a Quality role in a production environment is essential.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be self-motivated and able to prioritise workload.
