Supivisor/ Head Barista

Position summary:
We are seeking a skilled Head Barista to join our friendly team. Who is passionate about speciality coffee and customer service, with a keen eye for detail and be able to train other staff members in knowledge of coffee and correct latte art practices.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, and teas
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
- Upsell products and offer suggestions based on customer preferences
- Train and mentor staff members in using coffee equipment, knowledge of coffee and correct latte art practices

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Barista in speciality coffee
- Knowledge of speciality coffee preparation techniques

Pay: Up to £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Barista experience: 1 year (required)
