Euc Engineer

**EUC engineer - 6-Month Contract - Inside IR35 - Remote - £500pd**

Illuminet are currently looking for to develop and support all Group end user computing activities and facilities, ensuring the optimised provisioning of hardware to support productivity within available parameters of time and budget and meeting requiredservice level agreements from a support and maintenance perspective.

**About the role**
- Ensuring devices meet or exceed security and governance standards
- Delivery of development, support and maintenance activities determined via the CX:CaP Pillar's development and operational activities
- Ensuring customer satisfaction of all IT services provided whilst managing associated risks
- Creation and testing of packages and policies within the Intune and Endpoint Manager environment
- Support the EUC Manager with recommendations for improvements to support the delivery to our Colleagues.

**Requirements**:
**Essential**
- Demonstrable experience and/or understanding of EUC activities in corporate environment
- Experience of service management and support activities, including incident and problem management
- Experience working successfully in a complex matrix organisation
- SCCM/Endpoint Manager skills/experience
- InTune, MDM, MAM, Autopilot skills/experience around policy creation and packaging,
- Microsoft Defender for EndPoint skills/experience

**Desirable**
- Experience of device white-glove/auto-provisioning
- Experience of working within a regulated environment
- Agile/DevOps skills and experience
