Hairdressing Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Provide hair cutting, styling, and coloring services to clients
- Perform barbering services, including beard trims and shaves
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Mentor and train junior stylists in hair styling techniques
- Manage inventory and stock levels of salon products
- Maintain a clean and organized work station

Qualifications:

- Valid cosmetology or barbering license
- Proven experience as a hair stylist, with expertise in cutting, styling, and coloring techniques
- Knowledge of current hair trends and styles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience in store management is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £1,500.00-£3,000.00 per month

- stylist: 1 year (preferred)
- Hairdressing: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Hairdressing NVQ/SVQ Level 2 (preferred)
