The company supply complex high precision engineered components to a variety of industries across the UK including Motor Sport, Medical, Aerospace and Military. **The Role of EDM Spark Eroder**
The company are looking for an experienced EDM spark eroder to work within a very demanding but rewarding environment.

**Duties of EDM Spark Eroder**
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical diagrams
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment at all times.
- Providing feedback to team leaders and shop floor staff to highlight any technical issues or potential risks.
- Help drive technology and cutting-edge manufacturing techniques.

**Requirements of EDM Spark Eroder**
- Ideally experienced working on Sodick or Wire Erosion machines, but training will be provided.
- Leadership skills are desirable
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexible approach to workload and business requirements
- Works well in a team environment
- The ability to work under pressure
- From an engineering background

**Hours of Work of EDM Spark Eroder**
- Normal Days, Early finish on Fridays

**Salary and Benefits of EDM Spark Eroder**
- £17.00 - £19.00 per hour
- Pension scheme
- Regular overtime.
- 25 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays
