Do you have 2nd line experience in IT and Cloud risk oversight? Do you have strong communication skills and the ability to tailor your presentation to your audience?
Our client, a leading provider of Group Insurance, is looking for an IT and Cloud Senior Risk Specialist to join their team.
Your responsibilities:

- Ensure that IT risk and control oversight processes are deployed effectively, and that continuous control monitoring is in place
- Maintain and evolve the Cloud Risk Framework
- Design and drive risk reporting and oversight mechanisms
- Plan and carry-out risk deep-dives to help improve the control environment
- Make sure the risk events, breaches and exceptions are reported and acted on
- Be the 2nd Line IT and Cloud risk expert, help and guide the wider risk team
- Provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders, Executive Committees and Boards

Your skills:

- Knowledge and exposure of IT risk frameworks, controls, and risk appetite statements
- Governance risk and controls experience within the industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise risk management and the relevant regulations
- Experience of second line of defence risk oversight activities
- Proven track record at delivering reporting requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
