**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate knowledge of different types of flowers and plants.
- Design floral arrangements for special occasions.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Keep accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Manage orders - marking off deliveries, Interflora and online orders and customer queries or complaints
- Organise the team and make sure shop is staffed correctly

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Florist: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Didsbury (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
