**The role**

As a REE Specialist, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll help maintenance of the Stored Operational Fleet (SOF) Royal Engineer Bridging (REB) and associated REB assisting the Inspectorate of Engineer Resources (IER) in the preparation of REB inspections.

Day to day, you’ll
- Operate Maintenance plans on all variants of Royal Engineer Bridging (REB) equipment.
- Ensure that all RE bridging equipment variants are prepared/repaired to a very high standard to enable the inspection by the Inspectorate of Engineer Resources
- Keeping accountability of REB components and bridging assets
- Provide a safe workplace at all times.
- Ensure all H&S policies and equipment operating procedures are adhered to at all times.

This role is full time at 37 hours per week and will be based at Ashchurch.

**Essential experience of the REE Specialist**:

- Experience in using hand towels, power tools, and mounted tools.
- Experience in a workshop/warehouse environment.
- Knowledge of military equipment is advantageous.

**Qualifications for the REE Specialist**:

- Forklift License
