Responsibilities:

- Answer phone calls and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- some typing when required

**Skills**:

- Proficient in computerized typing, with a high level of accuracy and speed
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office equipment
- Knowledge of Quill and advantage

- Audio typing: 2 years (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
