This HR Officer role will give you a range of HR experience and the opportunity to work for an inspirational and successful HR Leader. A great opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in HR.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for and trained in supporting with all aspects of HR delivery, including employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, supporting managers to successfully manage and administer their teams, liaise withthe DBS, and learning and development support.

As the HR Officer you will be involved in staff engagement and coaching managers when they require advice. You will be fully supported, coached and developed to ensure you succeed. In return, the expectation is that you also invest in your own developmentthrough your aptitude, willingness to learn and welcoming responsibility.
