**Job Title**: Working Crane Supervisor

**Salary**: £24 per hour

**Job Type**: Full-time, Long-term

**Requirements**:

- Valid CPCS Card (Blue)
- Relevant experience in working as a crane supervisor
- Availability to start immediately

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate crane equipment as needed while also supervising crane operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide guidance and direction to crane operators and ground personnel.
- Conduct pre-operational checks and ensure equipment readiness.
- Monitor load capacities and enforce safe lifting practices.
- Maintain accurate records of crane activities and inspections.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.

**Requirements**:

- Valid CPCS Card (Blue) is essential.
- Proven experience operating cranes and supervising crane operations.
- Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations related to crane operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work long-term and start immediately.

- Crane Supervisor: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
