**Civil Engineer**

Location: Leeds
Salary : £30 000 - £40 000 depending on experience

Our client is expanding their team and looking for a Civil Design engineer to join their office based in Leeds.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the leading consultancies in the area that provides services across the UK. Their teams consist of multi-disciplinary professionals, who are encouraged and supported in joining relevant professional institutions.

The typical projects include estate roads and drainage, large scale flood-alleviation works and SUDS schemes.

**The set of skills and expertise we're looking for in a Civil Design Engineer**:

- Experience in Flood Risk Assessments and coastal erosion flood breach analysis
- Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems, soakaway design, infiltration basins
- Surface and Foul water drainage system
- Design skills and good knowledge of Civils 3D and MicroDrainage
- Experience of highway design and road drainage design
- Experience of highway/road alignment and earthworks design, access, and estate roads
- Managing budgets and projects resources
- Liaising with clients and other professionals working on the project
- Ability to manage a number of projects in a fast-moving environment
