**Key Responsibilities include:

- **
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Scheduling engineers on our inhouse system.
- Answering calls to potential/existing customers in a polite and professional manner at all times.
- Able to work under pressure with help/guidance from the Office Manager.
- Supporting Office Manager with any other daily tasks required.
- Must be a team player but also be able to work on their own to ensure tasks are fulfilled according to deadlines.

- Have good knowledge of outlook/word/excel
