C4 Logistics are a dynamic company, specialising in time critical logistics and customs brokerage services across the UK and Europe.

We are looking for an **Outbound** **Telesales Representative** to focus on securing new business for our Time-critical transport and customs brokerage services.

This is a primarily phone-based sales position targeting a range of cold, warm and qualified B2B leads.
- Hours of work: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00

**What the position will entail**:

- Making impactful outbound calls to connect with our prospects
- Achieving one-call closes where possible
- Securing qualified sales appointments for the BDMs
- Attending Teams meetings with prospects & clients to present, demonstrate, promote our services
- Keeping and maintaining accurate customer information using the company’s CRM

**Required skills & experience**:

- Professional & confident on the phone/Teams
- At least 2+ years’ experience in a outbound non-scripted telesales/telemarketing/appointment setting role

**Experience**:

- Freight Transport (road/air) and/or customs clearance: 2 years (required)
