**Job Opportunity: Professional Cleaner**

We are currently seeking a dedicated Professional Cleaner to join our team. As a crucial part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, the selected cleaner will be responsible for maintaining two of our properties - a stylish 2-bedroom flat and a spacious 4-bedroom house.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization tasks for both properties, ensuring all rooms, bathrooms, and common areas are immaculate and guest-ready.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and clean surfaces to maintain a pristine environment.
- Restock essential supplies and ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained.
- Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly to the property manager.
- Adhere to the cleaning schedule and maintain flexibility to accommodate guests' check-in and check-out times.
- Deliver exceptional service to maintain our reputation for cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a professional cleaner, preferably in the hospitality industry or short-term letting.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding the aesthetics and cleanliness standards of Ro Minimal Ltd properties.
- Time management skills to efficiently clean both properties twice a week as scheduled.
- Physical stamina to handle cleaning tasks in the 2-bedroom flat and 4-bedroom house.
- Professionalism and excellent communication skills when interacting with guests and team members.
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a welcoming guest experience.
- Knowledge of eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning practices is a plus.
