Roofer

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Install new roofs on residential and commercial buildings
- Repair and replace damaged or worn-out roofing materials
- Inspect roofs for leaks, damage, or other issues
- Remove debris and clean work areas after completing roofing projects
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete roofing tasks
- Ensure roofs are properly aligned, leveled, and plumbed
- Perform heavy lifting as required for materials and equipment

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of roofing techniques, materials, and tools
- Proficient in masonry, carpentry, and fabrication
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to perform heavy lifting
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members
