**An ambitious Commercial / FP&A Analyst is required for an established international digital business - Based in Central London; Hybrid working.**

**Reporting to and working directly with the CFO, the FP&A Analyst will play a pivotal role within the finance team, helping guide business performance through forecasting and analysis.As the business continues its rapid expansion, understanding wherebest to deploy investment and supporting the various teams across the business in commercial decision making, is fundamental to its future success.**

**FP&A Analyst Responsibilities**:

- **Taking ownership of the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process**:

- **Developing financial forecasting models for senior leadership decision making**:

- **Managing the cashflow forecasting**:

- **Monitoring and analysing the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial & commercial metrics**:

- **Ad-hoc business performance reporting**:

- **Managing the business intelligence & dashboard tools for finance.**:

- **Supporting other departments with analytical intelligence.**
- **Part Qualified - currently studying for an accountancy qualification - AAT, ACCA, CIMA**:

- **Some previous experience in FP&A / budgeting / management accounting**:

- **Strong Excel and systems skills**:

- **Preferably some experience working with dashboard systems like Tableau**:

- **Excellent communication skills - confidence to partner with Heads of Departments from across the business**:

- **Proven flexibility and confidence to take initiative in an ever changing environment.**:

- **Meticulous, organised, detailed.**
