Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify safety hazards and non-compliance issues
- Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and develop corrective actions
- Provide training and support to employees on safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk assessments and control measures
- Monitor and analyze safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Prepare reports on safety performance, incidents, and compliance status
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure adherence to standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of safety, health, environment, and quality regulations
- Proficient in root cause analysis techniques
- First aid certification is required
- NEBOSH certification is required
- Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively train employees on safety protocols
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends or areas for improvement
- Proactive approach to identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures
