We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Marketing Executive working with our Knowledge Solutions Marketing team.

This role will be focused on the marketing for BSI’s flagship subscription product - BSI Knowledge in order to support it in becoming the go-to digital solution for any organisation that works with standards. You will be a key member of the team, working across various marketing functions while developing your skills in marketing communications, measurement and insights as well as delivering and implementing market research.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and launch marketing communication campaigns for demand generation, lead generation and customer retention.
- Create persuasive and action-oriented copy for marketing campaigns and sales materials.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using web analytics, CRM and business intelligence tools.
- Provide insights and analysis to multiple teams including marketing, sales, customer experience, product and finance.
- Work with the marketing manager and other stakeholders to define and refine the ideal customer profiles.
- Participate in research such as win/loss analyses, competitor analysis, and customer feedback reviews.
- Help with event participation and exhibitions.
- Keep track of campaign budgets and maintain budget tracking records.

Skills and Experience:

- Previous experience in executing campaigns in a similar role.
- High level of attention to detail, organisation and time-management.
- Previous experience working with a CRM.
- Strong ability to perform in a target driven commercial team & business.
- Ability to analyse and review campaign performance.

Desirable
- A marketing related degree or qualification would be advantageous.
