We are looking for a **Training Administrator** to join my client at an exciting time to join them in their new Learning and Development team. You will be responsible for coordinating training requirements and supporting the L&D Function, helpingensure staff are trained and developed to enable them to be safe and successful in their roles.

**Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh - Monday to Friday**
- 24 days holiday (Plus Bank Holidays) - increasing after length of service

**This role involves**:

- Source and organise compliance, core and domain specific training as required by the business.
- Maintain a preferred training supplier list.
- Liaise with training providers/training venues/hotels/caterers to organise the training.
- Issue instructions to delegates prior to training sessions being delivered.
- Managing the department inbox.
- Responsible for ensuring all training process are complete for New Starters; Leavers; Transfers; Job Changes; Probations.
- Allocate eLearning as required and monitor completion.

**What we require from you**:

- Professional and confident with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Form effective relationships with people at all levels and to communicate well over the telephone, face to face and in writing.
- Excellent planning and organising skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous training administration experience.
- Attention to detail, with good administration skills.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Educated to GCSE level or NVQ L2 equivalent is required
- Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRLMS
