Mental Health Practitioner

Our daily duties are rarely the same due to the broad and varied requirements of role. This allows our team to observe and support patient care at all points of their pathway. The role generally provides the freedom to act creatively to perform/support with whatever tasks are required to expedite discharge and minimise re-admission likelihood.
We work collaboratively with our inpatient colleagues in numerous hospitals across the region and also alongside our colleagues in community mental health services.
