The Best Connection are looking for an experienced **Forklift/Warehouse Operative **on behalf of our client based in the Worksop area.

We are looking for hard working, reliable individuals who are willing to work as a part of a team and attain high quality standards. For this position, a background of machine experience is desirable with computer knowledge, able to run a packaging line, hold a counterbalance forklift licence and a full uk driving licence.

**The hours of work will be: 4 x 12hr nights off for 3 days back in on 3 x 12hrs days 1 day off back in on 3 x 12hr nights 3 days off back in on 4 x 12hr nights then a week off and the cycle will start again**

**Please note that this job is labour intense and will involve heavy lifting throughout the day 20% of the work will be forklift.**

**The responsibilities of the job are as follows**:

- Manufacture products using moulding and grinding machinery.
- Mixing of raw materials.
- Report any issues/defects to shift supervisors.
- Carrying out quality checks on products and reporting any anomalies.
- Performing regular machinery checks to ensure they are working at maximum efficiency.
- Adhering to strict health and safety measures.
- Working as a part of a team.
- Running a packaging line
- Using company vehicle for shunting work
- Using a counter balance forklift (a in date recognised licence is needed)
