**Reporting to**: Operations Manager

**Objective**:
Deliver an amazing customer experience by educating and assisting customers to ensure smooth adoption of our products and providing a variety of product support and guidance to users.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own and manage customer relationships from the point of sale through successful implementation
- Help the customer define their needs and manage their timeline toward seeing value
- Work with sales, development, and support teams to ensure that the product adoption experience meets customer expectations
- Respond to customer inquiries with a sense of urgency
- Maintain current working knowledge of the product
- Respond to incoming support requests
- Resolve support requests
- Escalation of complex support requests
- Maintain customer service records
- Contribute to product support documentation

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
