**Invoice Clerk**

Taskmaster are currently looking to recruit an **Invoice Clerk** to join the expanding team of our well established client based within Peterborough.

The Invoice Clerk’s role will beto provide high quality assistance to the accounts department, you will mainly be responsible for processing invoices and assisting with invoice queries.
- Dealing with invoice queries.
- Day to day liaison with contractors, processing of contractor documentation, disseminating relevant information and chasing outstanding paperwork to progress or closes orders.
- Requesting quotes and processing invoices form contractors.
- Recording and scheduling of jobs, and processing paperwork before and after work has been

carried out by the appropriate teams.
- Use of various management system and databases.
- General office duties i.e. filing, shredding, scanning, photocopying etc.
- Raising orders and processing invoices.
- To contribute to office and phone cover.
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Experience**:

- Experience in providing admin support, especially with dealing with the invoicing process.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good data entry and typing skills.
- Experience in dealing with difficult customers.
- Ability to quickly learn new skills.

Pay: £9.89ph

Hours: Monday to Friday: 37 hours a week - flexible start and finish time between 8.00am - 5.00pm
