At Lodge Brothers we know that organising a funeral can seem like a daunting task and it is our honour and privilege to be able to support families at their time of need. We are currently recruiting for a **funeral Arranger **at our Chobham branch who has demonstrable experience and a willingness to provide excellent customer service.
To be considered for an interview, you will need to demonstrate the following.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing environment
- Evidence of managing multiple tasks successfully
- Comfortable with working alone
- Willing to commit to an intense 10 week training course.
- Proficient in IT - Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Teams and CRM's
- Previous experience with statutory or legal paperwork
- Understanding that the position will require working within close proximity to the deceased.
- Ability to travel around the company network periodically - Full clean driving licence, car owner with business insurance is preferred or readiness to use public transport.
- Prepared to work between 08:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Pay: £26,769.00 per year
