**What will you do?**
- You will support all the individuals to help identify their personal goals and aspirations. Promote well-being through developing personalised lifestyle plans for each resident and initiate monthly rolling / individual programmes, encourage and support residents to To support community involvement for all residents. Provide comfort and company, on a one to one basis, for Residents who prefer individual support. Encourage good mental and physical health. Provide a yearly calendar of events, which will recognise significant events events such as, Easter, Burns Night, and Halloween etc.

**What do you need?**
- You will have a strong creative flare, a genuine passion for people and the desire to ensure that people can live their best lives by being dedicated, thoughtful, reliable and the ability to work well with a team.
- Be flexible in working hours to facilitate recreational arrangements that fall outside of usual working hours.
- Actively participate in raising the public profile and perception of the home, strive for involvement from outside the home. Raise and maintain the local reputation of the home.

Any offer will be conditional on receipt of a DBS check (which will be funded by us).
