We have a number of exciting opportunities available for the building of a brand new team of Consultants, playing a key role in the accountability for delivering Consultancy engagements for Node4 Clients and supporting the definition and growth of the Consultancy business within Node4.
**What you'll be doing?**

- Help to build a strong culture in the Consultancy Practice, building an engaging and energizing hybrid working environment that we all want to work in
- Be a passionate and active champion of the Node4 Consultancy business, contributing in each of the following areas dependent upon the needs of the team:
- Undertake chargeable delivery work, working on Consultancy engagements for Node4 Clients
- Support Relationship building with Consultancy Clients, building long-term relationships based upon mutual respect and the Node4 Values of Passion, Trust and Innovation
- Support Business Development within existing and new accounts to deliver the sales, revenue and gross profit targets for the Consultancy business
- Support Delivery Management activities, ensuring that Consultancy engagements deliver or exceed the level of value and quality expected by our Clients - whether the engagements are delivered by the Consultancy team, other parts of Node4 Group, or external partners
- Support development of Capability for the Consultancy business, building content and supporting Practice development
- Consistently demonstrate and champion the Node4 culture and values, and encourage and demonstrate Collaborative behaviours across the Node4 business - acting as a role model & ambassador for Node4
- Work across difficult, complex or political environments taking full responsibility for outcomes, developing strong partnerships with key stakeholders and functions.
- Proactively develop effective and mutually productive relationships across all departments within Node4
- Contribute to the research, development and delivery of the Node4 Consultancy propositions
- Ensure knowledge share & best practice are common practice
- Challenge the status quo, acting as a positive role model for innovation
**What we're looking for?**
- A strong grounding in Consultancy delivery, whether as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or Project Manager.
- Having worked in another Consultancy firm and ideally in a SME or startup Consultancy.
- A highly collaborative approach.
- Ideally, delivery of Digital Transformations for Clients.
- You will not take yourself too seriously and will strive to make the working environment one that combines excellence with fun.
- In terms of experience:
- Consultant - Minimum 3 years relevant experience in another Consultancy firm
- Managing Consultant - Minimum 5 years relevant experience in another Consultancy firm, including a track record in successful Project Management and ideally line management of other Consultants
In summary, this is a pivotal role for someone who can help the growth of Node4’s Consultancy Practice as one of the initial Consultancy Team; someone who possesses the ability and flexibility to help to grow a startup within a well-established business.
