Working Monday - Thursday 07:30 - 16:30 and Friday 07:30 - 15:30 you will be part of a small team working in an innovative manufacturing environment.

**Salary: £25,000 - £29,000**

**Location: Bridgwater, Somerset**

We work with customers across the globe to solve their production challenges and help them to scale-up and manufacture at a high volume.

We are based not far from Junction 23 of the M5, so easy to commute to.

Each day will be different, however you can expect your responsibilities to include:
Low-volume and prototype product assembly

Quality inspection of components and sub-assemblies

Operating machines and test rigs

Manufacturing process and product development support

carry out proof-of-concept trials, and implement improvements

ensuring that all health & safety requirements are met, this includes completing risk assessments.

ensuring all equipment is assembles in line with quality systems

**What skills are we looking for?**

Experience in mechanical assembly, in a quality-controlled environment.

You must be computer literate

Involvement in creating and developing processes and documentation is beneficial

Confidence in following quality procedures and completing relevant documentation

Experience if using basic hand tools and measuring tools

Ability to work both individually and as part of a team

Experience in a manufacturing, process or similar working environment.

This role is offering a salary of £25,000 - £29,000 (depending on experience).
