Title: Shipping Administrator

Reports to: Pricing Manager

Location: Dungannon, Farlough Road

**Job Type**: Temporary, Full Time

Hours: 39.75hrs per week

We have an exciting roadmap ahead for new products, services, production capacity and business expansion. As a result of this continued success, we are expanding our teams in Terex Washing Systems. We currently have opportunities for a Temporary Shipping Administrator.

Position Details

Reporting to the Pricing Manager, you will align with Operations and Projects Team to co-ordinate the on-time delivery of key component supply, and factory dispatches for all Terex Farlough Road activities (Terex Washing Systems, and Terex Recycling Systems). You will be in charge of obtaining freight quotations and coordinating all associated shipping documents in preparation of dispatch.
- Key Duties:_
- Responsible for all Shipping aspects for TWS & TRS

To include:

- Coordinate the execution of Freight requirements relevant to Terex, Farlough Road site
- Obtain Freight costs and maintain records of rates quoted
- Coordinate Customs Export paperwork for machine orders, ensuring accurate documentation and filing in accordance with relevant legislation, Customer, and Carrier requirements
- Ensure compliance rules & regulations are met when communicating the completion of Shipping files in preparation for machine invoicing
- Clearly communicate the progress of shipments to internal and external stakeholders
- Produce a weekly report on shipping activities and performance
- Resolve/escalate queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Build and maintain good rapport, and excellent relations with key contacts and Suppliers

About you
- Experience Level & Required Qualifications:_
- Essential Criteria:_
- The ability to work independently to prepare and accurately check paperwork
- Effectively and efficiently co-ordinate shipment of complex loads
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner
- Must have 2 years or more admin experience
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs to include Maths and English at grade C or above
- Strong MS Office skills, in particular excellent proven working knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Strong teamworking ethics
- Desirable:_
- Experience administration
- Flexible and adaptable to learning/taking on new tasks and responsibilities
- Working knowledge of Oracle ERP system
- Knowledge of Terex machine brands and Terex compliance procedures
