We are a 10 bedroom inn with a country pub/coffee shop based in Stratford Upon Avon looking for a vibrant, fun person to drive the business forward. Previous experience in this type of work essential. Rate is negotiable depending on experience. We do have the option of live in if required which can be discussed at interview stage.

Live in Innkeeper

In the role, you will be leading from the front and involved in the general day to day running of the bar, building a great rapport with the customers. You will ensure stock takes and drinks orders are done to reflect business. Naturally, the position will involve weekend and evening working.

What you’ll need.
- Previous inn experience is essential
- Previous experience of drinks order, stocks, rooms management
- Display knowledge and a passion for current trends within the drink industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Live in, able to relocate.
- Able to lead and motivate a very small team

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
