Playnation are looking for a new Customer Service Assistant for the 2024 Arcade season

We're looking for fast-paced, motivated and intuitive individual to join us at this busy Arcade.

Your responsibilities include:

- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Up sell additional products or services to maximise customer satisfaction and company revenue.
- Communicate effectively with customers.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure the premises is well-maintained with a focus on machine cleanliness.
- Restock and refill machines effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- To be quick and efficient and prioritising and solving queries or issues based on highest level of priority.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in venue related tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: £11.44 per hour
