This leading Independent Residential Estate Agency are looking to bring in an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is very ambitious and would like to let a variety of properties in North London and to work within a dynamic and friendly team with a fantastic reputation

**Your responsibilities will include the following**:

- Day-to-day management of tenants
- Generate viewings and obtaining lets on properties.
- You will be responsible for maintaining records on internal databases
- Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk
- ins, in a professional manner.
- Conduct viewings with prospective tenants and following up on feedback.

**The Lettings Negotiator will be rewarded the following**:

- £20,000 - £30,000 basic salary - based on experience
- Plus commission and car allowance
- £35,000- £45,000 OTE

**Required Skills**:

- Experience working as a Lettings Negotiator.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients,
- Proven track record in closing deals.
- It would be beneficial to have a good knowledge of the local area.
- An up-to-date understanding of market trends, local property values and an awareness of the local competition.
