Warehouse Supervisor

Job Overview:
The Warehouse Supervisor will also hold responsibility for the site security systems, maintaining the building and assisting the quality team with audits, both internally and from external accreditation companies.

**Duties**:

- Supervise warehouse operations and staff to meet company objectives
- Manage inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels
- Implement safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order assembly, and despatch of goods
- Oversee the use of warehouse management systems to track inventory and shipments
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in daily operations

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in logistics and warehouse management
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems
- Strong team management skills to lead and motivate staff effectively
- Reach & Counterbalance FLT licence
- IT literature with a knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Excellent time management, organisational and planning skills
- Knowledge of Sage 200 would be advantageous

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
