As a **Warehouse Order Picker **will be required to work a fixed shift of **2pm
- 10.15pm Monday to Friday**, joining a worldwide distribution warehouse.

Based in Stafford Park, Telford you will be hand picking high volume orders in a fast paced environment using electrical hand scanners. This position can involve up to 20,000 steps a day due to the nature of the role and the size of the warehouse.

Duties will include:

- Using hand scanners and order picking schedules within a large warehouse to ensure the correct item and values are selected within the given time frame
- Walking several thousand steps per week within a large, fast-paced, dynamic and clean warehouse
- Locating and picking the correct products using the warehouse management system
- Picking 38-50 orders per shift
- Preparing stock for dispatch, which may involve basic and accurate data entry
- Packing, stacking and wrapping to customer specification

Previous experience of Red Ledge or a similar **automated scanning system is essential ** as is previous high volume warehouse order picking experience. The ability to read, record and understand instructions in a timely manner is essential.

This afternoon/ evening Warehouse Order Picker role is working on a fixed shift Monday - Friday. This is a temp to perm contract paid weekly by Swift Temps Ltd
- **First 39 hours Mon to Fri - £11.46 Per Hour**

**- Weekday Overtime - £15.28 Per Hour**

**- Saturday Overtime - £17.19 Per Hour**

**- Sundays and Bank Holiday Overtime - £22.92**
- (Overtime is optional, with weekend and weekday availability regularly available)_

This is a temp to perm contract starting immediately with our client offering a full time contract upon completion of 10 full working weeks.

**Salary**: £11.46-£22.92 per hour
