CHR Recruitment is working closely with a reputable client, that provides a wide range of surveying and construction services.

**Job Summary**:
Our client is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Utility Surveyor to join their dynamic team. As a Utility Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in conducting precise and comprehensive surveys of utility systems, contributing to the successful execution of vital infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside industry experts, utilize state-of-the-art surveying technologies, and make a significant impact in the field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing and managing other surveyors, and junior team members whilst on site.
- Take responsibility for all surveying tools, ensuring they are maintained and kept in good order.
- Quality assurance of information collected on site, and successfully relaying that information to all necessary parties.
- Managing the expectations of clients, ensuring you meet their criteria.
- Assisting in the successful execution of office and field assignments.
- Work frequently with surveying equipment such as, Total Stations, GPS and other information collecting equipment.
- Deliver utility survey reports to Project Managers and CAD Operators, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Precisely and consistently document underground utility assets and conduct thorough manhole inspection reports.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with laser scanning equipment.
- Experience with GPR post processing.
- QCF Level 3 or Level 5 for utility mapping.
- CSCS card holder.
- Topographical surveying experience.
- Experience with Auto CAD/N4CE.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
